About Sophie

For many years I taught high school English in an alternative school. It was a very fulfilling job and one that gave me great satisfaction. That career ended  quite suddenly when I had a surgery which led to permanent, disabling peripheral nerve damage. This further led to more surgeries to "remedy" the problem.

Fortunately, I discovered CranioSacral therapy (CST) as a patient. Never in my imagination did I think that I could be where I am today physically. CST genuinely changed my life. 

Our bodies know what they need to heal. I help facilitate a healing path to wellness.
